Jo Campbell-Smith

Jo is a physiotherapist with over 20 years of experience treating hand injuries.

Jo started her career working in sports medicine and developed an interest in treating sporting hand and upper limb injuries. She then worked at St. Vincent’s public hospital where she was involved in setting up the hospital’s hand therapy unit.

After 10 years working in hand trauma at St. Vincent’s hospital, Jo moved into private practice and currently consults at St. Vincent’s Private and also in Brighton.

Jo has been involved in teaching, lecturing and research in hand therapy and is a full member of the Australian Hand Therapy Association.

Jo has experience treating a wide range of hand and upper limb injuries and is passionate about people and returning them to their pre-injury pursuits.
